Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction and your pet's well-being.

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not been dispatched.

• Returns: Due to the medicinal nature of our products (supplements/aqueous extracts), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original tamper-evident packaging.

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Non-Refundable: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
