• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Standard and Expedited options are available.

• Dispatch & Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent via email/SMS.

• Delivery Estimates: * Local (Kolkata): 1–2 business days.

  • National: 3–7 business days.

• Damages: If a product arrives with a broken seal or damaged bottle, please document the damage with a photograph and contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
